Home office decorating help needed

New into the house and this is my wife’s home office (full time work from home). She has tons of unused space. Her work is nearly all online so not really a need for file cabinet and we are pretty minimalistic.

Thinking some mid-century lounge chairs, nice muted carpet, some cable management.’c shelves with some plants to add greenery. Any other ideas?

Pretty quick dessert able to make on the fly when feeling a sweet tooth last night. Don’t have a set recipe, this was a wing-it to use up heavy cream. And minimal clean up. One bowl and rubber spatula. Parchment kept the pan spotless and can pull it all out to cut.

Definitely used 3 eggs and 1 cup full fat cream, and a stick of butter. My guess on sugar would be 1.5c, 3/4c cocoa, and 1 c gf flour (1:1). Probably 1/4tsp salt and 1/2tsp baking powder. 10x 8 pan lined with parchment, added chocolate chips till it looked good

Two 12”(ish) pies. One Pepperoni and Mushroom one 5 cheese & Garlic. This was a tweaked a bit from loopy whisk. Sorghum, Millet and Tapioca starch, and psyllium husk with the water. I like the structure you get with the psyllium husk, it seems to retain the CO2 better than when I’ve used 1:1 and the one Caputo’s I’ve done fell flat too. (Any hints on good results with the caputos gf is appreciated)

▲ 24 r/Pizza

Wife is gluten free, so I am also often gluten free by default. This was the first attempt at this gluten free recipe. Also the first fire of the roccbox. So first gf pizza launched onto a stone (but I’m a chef that’s fired many regular pizzas).

Overall went well. Very wet dough so I sent in on a 12” pan for about 45sec just to set. Should have turned the flame down a bit so a little more scorched one side of the 1st. Once set I sauced, topped, and launched onto the deck to crisp the bottom. Next time I will have them on the pan a little less and on the deck a little more. I oiled the crust after the initial set, next time I’ll have that for both. Dough proofed a little longer than I like, but the propane tank had a slight leak, so I had to go back and swap it. So oven didn’t start as soon as I’d like.

Did have the round logo like a Lotus, but my super car / sports car knowledge fell off when Jez, Hammond, and May left Too Gear
