I want to get a quote for extending a very thick stainless steel chain necklace. I am not willing to pay much more than $50-100 at most. I don't know if there are places in my city that would even work on jewelry that is not made from precious metals. How do I identify a jeweler who would work on this and get a quote? Can I walk away if the quote is not in my budget?

I want to put some cheeky (pun intended) text on a pair of booty shorts. I have regular HTV and a pair of cotton shorts with just a little bit of stretch. My questions are:

-Should the text be straight across or arched?

-Should I position the shorts in any specific way when applying?

-Should I try them on and map things out with chalk or tape? Or am I overthinking it?
