Black chin hairs overnight-HELP

I have been on testosterone for year and I’ve run into a side effect that’s really stressing me out. Almost overnight, I’ve developed a lot of coarse, black hairs on my chin.
It happened so fast that I think I should skip my injection or stop for a few week because I’m worried it’s just going to get worse. I’m feeling pretty frustrated because I didn’t expect it to give me issues to manage.
Has anyone else experienced this "overnight" hair growth?

• Did stopping or lowering your dose help, or did you have to add something else (like Spironolactone) to counteract it?
• How long did it take for the growth to slow down once you made a change?
• Are there any specific topical treatments you’d recommend that won’t irritate sensitive skin?

I’m planning to talk to my doctor, but I’d love to hear some "real world" experiences before I go in. Thanks in advance!

Started Addyi 2 weeks ago and the fatigue has been so bad during the day. I know it’s the Addyi because I didn’t take it the last 2 days and I have not been tired. Has anyone been on Addyi or tried it and had fatigue? Did it get better after a few weeks? I already have RA, lupus & fibro so I suffer with fatigue already. I don’t need something to make my fatigue worse. I really want to stay on it because I need something to help my libido. Me & my husband have not have sex in a year because I have no libido. I tried T pellets once and they gave me every negative side effect I couldn’t wait for it to wear off. Then I tried T cream and it didn’t help. My Estrogen levels are fine. I hate perimenopausal! I just need my sex drive back!!!
