Want to move out to new city but don’t know how to make the most out of my remaining time

I currently live in a rural/suburban area far away from my friends and where there aren’t many young people who are around my age (I’ve met nobody lol and I feel like my social life is slowly deteriorating). I’m only in this area because it’s close to my current job. I’ve already decided that I want to move out to a nearby city (mainly for being closer to friends/family, more people around my age with similar interests, nightlife, etc) despite this relocation putting me slightly further from my current job. I have 4ish months left on my current apartments lease and as of lately, I’ve been feeling more and more bored and isolated due to my current location. I wouldn’t say I’m unbearably miserable, but feel like I’m living my life on repeat (go to work, go workout after, cook/order food, repeat) and it’s starting to get to my head a little. I have found some nice apartments in my new city, but don’t want to sign any new leases now as I still have a few months left on my current one and moving out/in takes lots of time. While subleasing/leaving early are possibilities, I’m not sure if I’m comfortable with either without financial consequences or even being able to find a person to take over my place to begin with.

What should I do?

Should I do a “fresh start” or no?

I was on Hinge for about 3.5 months. Got a few matches and went on a few dates but other than that didnt get much out of it. I’ve been off the app for about 1.5 months now (paused my account). I’m currently taking a break from dating to focus on other things, but I’m also moving to a new city in 4 months. I have new prompts/pictures for my profile but haven’t unpaused my account to showcase them. My question is when I move and settle in to my new city, should I unpause my updated profile and use it as is, or should I do the “fresh start” feature that Hinge has before unpausing my profile
