Freaked out and kinda need advice here im 19m
I know its super stupid but I started talking to a girl and we moved to tele I sent nudes and stuff I didn't even think abt my face being on my tele account like an idiot. we ended up talking awhile but followed her on insta and like immediately was sending screenshots of my stuff and the chats to me and screenshots of my following list. So the insta account is really old not even tue main but there are a couple people on there that I don't even talk to now and ones ion want to see that. I didn't even read the threat messages or the dramatic countdown just saw the screenshots and went to delete my account. deleted the insta went back to tele saw a message they were sending it out and I blocked em (didn't respond to it) and deleted tele my account there gon disappear in a month or sum ( was panicked just just deleted the app after everything) I lowkey looked on my moms phone thought she was on that account but nothing on her insta. This happened last night but still nothing this morning almost noon this happened around like 3 am. So I need advice or just reassurance I'll be aight I guess thank you to whoever reads.
