the frustration of losing a five thousand dollar job because my hands were full.

i was literally halfway through a furnace repair today when i heard my phone ring. i couldn't get my gloves off fast enough and by the time i called back two minutes later, the customer had already booked with another company. it is so incredibly frustrating to lose that kind of money just because i was physically working. i can't afford an office manager yet but i also can't afford to keep throwing leads in the trash every time i'm on a job. what are you solo guys using to make sure you never miss a live inquiry?
