💰 Competitive Compensation
✅ Med. Allied Graduates: ₱27,000 – ₱35,000 (Negotiable) + ₱3,000 non-tax allowance.
✅ Registered Nurses: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 (Negotiable).
✅ Night Differential: 20% premium.
✅ Appraisal: Annual performance-based increases.
