Looking for reassurance (all 4 removed soon)

Title basically! All four of my wisdom teeth are being removed soon, and I have the world's most irrational fear I feel like. For some reason, I'm CONVINCED I'll swallow the cotton balls they put in my mouth (I think?? I'm not entirely sure of how post-op is these days) and choke on them or something. It sounds incredibly stupid, but after a decade of persistent swallowing issues/dysphagia I literally cannot stop thinking about this 'inevitable'.

I have two coming in sideways, and the other two are as normal. They assured me it isn't going to be that big of a deal either way in terms of extraction, but I think they're just doing local numbing due to my prior sleep apnea dx. So that's also a little scary.

Anyone have any advice to stop the anxiety loop? It's supposed to be a little under a week from now, and I'm sort of losing it a bit.

[FOR HIRE] My commissions are open! Taking a few slots at a discount for my portfolio - DM if interested!

I've been doing commissions freelance for about 6 years now, so I have tons of experience! My most recent (if you were over on r / furry it's a wip / rough sketch I have of my fursona, Angel)

I'll be doing a slight discount [20%] from my usual commission prices in exchange for helping build up my portfolio!

Prices / Options listed below, DM if interested!

ROUGH SKETCH [Rougher lines with a textured brush, little to no rendering]
Bust/Headshot: $20
Halfbody: $28
Fullbody: $36

CLEAN SKETCH [Clean lines with a textured brush, slight to medium rendering]

Halfbody: $52
Fullbody: $64

ILLUSTRATION [FULL RENDER]
Bust/Headshot: $72
Halfbody: $104

Offering a few furry requests to build up my portfolio!

I'd like to preface that the last rough sketch (a wip of my own fursona!) is my most recent, and I really don't do requests often these days due to commissions being my full time job - but I really, really want to get into drawing furry art again and weave that into something I can offer with my commissions!

That out of the way, these will likely be clean sketch/styled headshots or bust ups, I welcome any species for variety, but have the most experience with feline and canine anthros!

Please comment here first for ease of notifs, I'll reach out to you! I'll only be doing a few of these, but I want to at least give back what I'm able to <3

Thank you for having me here!!

Honestly want to expand into furry commissions + overall art so badly, but I haven't had time to practice until now ... gives me a good excuse to work on redrawing my girl that I've had for like 18 years now who I've missed so much 😭

[Link to drawn over diagram for problem area](https://imgur.com/a/7Mc43Wx) (This is the wrong arm example but its on the right/pinky side if you held your left arm palm up)

I've been to multiple physical therapists with no one being able to determine what's going on with me and treatments causing more long term pain. I wear multiple arm braces on both arms nearly all day for very minor relief, but both arms stay consistently swollen. My muscles always feel tense no matter if I do ice or heat therapy or massage them. Painkillers don't help even at high strength. I use menthol patches to try to help, but even that doesn't really do anything anymore. I've also tried hot/cold therapy, as well as gua sha.

Used a stock image to mark the current problem area. While both arms stay swollen, the left for some reason has developed a huge hard muscle knot (blue) and recently formed an especially tender/painful spot along the red line. There's occasionally tingling in my hands, but not frequently. Mostly burns and hurts to bend or move arm or grip things.

This is kind of a problem because my job requires me to use my arms and type consistently, so I'm at a genuine loss and extremely distressed. 😭 I don't know what to do anymore and no specialist I see seems to have a solution.
