​1) Goal: I am trying to purchase a standalone subscription for Adobe Illustrator for my design work.

​2) Steps: I previously had a monthly Illustrator plan which I stopped paying for/paused. Currently, I have an active 12-month Adobe Express subscription that came bundled with my mobile phone recharge. I went to the Adobe website to re-subscribe to Illustrator, but I am being blocked from completing the purchase.

​3) Problem: When I attempt to buy the Illustrator plan, the system displays an error message saying "Plan not available." I suspect there might be a conflict between my current promotional Adobe Express plan and the Illustrator subscription I’m trying to add, but I’m not sure how to bypass this.
