Please suggest good budget hostels in main areas (safe + social vibe)

Share suggestion for Must-visit places + hidden gems and if there is any overhyped spot that I can skip.

Also, I don’t know how to ride a scooty 😅
Are Ola/Uber or local taxis easily available?
Is it manageable without renting a vehicle?
