Hey everyone, planning my first booking on Klook and trying to figure out the best way to find promo codes.
I also recently came across some travel cards like the Times Black credit card that mention travel-related privileges, so I was wondering if anyone has used cards for extra Klook discounts or stacked card offers with promo codes.
Would love to know the best Klook offer one could get and any tips for maximizing savings on a first booking.
I was traveling recently and had dinner on a superfast express train (won’t name it). I had opted for the veg meal, and this is what was served:
2 chapatis
Rice
Dal
Paneer sabzi (guessing it to be shahi paneer, but there was nothing “shahi” about it)
Dry aloo sabzi
Within 15–20 minutes of eating, I started experiencing stomach pain. Since then, I’ve been drinking plenty of water, but it hasn’t really helped.
In fact, the pain seems to get worse whenever I try to eat something.
Has anyone experienced something similar while traveling?
Any home remedies or suggestions that might help ease the discomfort?
Please send help 😭
"Would you buy a surprise trip as a gift for someone? Genuinely curious"
My friends and I are thinking of building something where you gift someone a trip not a voucher, not a link, but an actual beautifully packaged box delivered to your door. Inside: a sealed envelope revealing the destination, a personalised itinerary, and a travel kit already packed for that trip. The person receiving it opens it like a gift and discovers their journey inside.
Honest question would you actually buy this for someone's birthday, farewell, or anniversary? Or does this feel gimmicky? Be brutal, genuinely want to know.
MMT / EMT / Agoda / Skyscanner / Agoda / RedBus / IRCTC all are utility first application and value seeking people go through to compare prices and then book for specific utility -- flight/ train/ stays / cabs etc
People still talk to local tour operators for local transport such as cabs providers or local tour guide or they look out for scooty or car rentals to make their local transit easy.
Content Creators and Influencers only go to places which are instagram worthy and I don't know why but it has become a fashion that everyone wants to go to abroad specially southeast asian countries.
I am building an app which will inspire people to explore and discover India. Enjoy the art, architecture, natural beauty, adventure sports, and luxury of India.
Not only that they can Plan their travel as per their budget, time and location. If planned in advance, they will get notifications when the prices are lowest to book for their selected stays and flights/train.
If you have encountered any application which does more or less the same, please let me know. I would really appreciate to inspire from that. If you have any suggestions, please comment.
Hey everyone,
I’m planning a 6–7 day solo trip in the first week of May: Rishikesh - Chopta (Tungnath/Chandrashila) - Deoria Tal and back.
I wanted to ask:
- Is this a good route for a first solo trip?
- Is 6–7 days sufficient or too rushed?
- How easy is it to navigate between these places (buses/shared cabs etc.)?
- Any budget tips to keep it within 15–20k?
- General solo travel advice or things I should be careful about?
I’m comfortable with light trekking and want a mix of adventure + peaceful time.
Would really appreciate any suggestions or personal experiences!

Suggest me so places to visit with friends in Manali, me, my bf, his brother and our friend
If you want to experience the ZNMD vibe, whether it's a bachelor or a solo trip, this is the cost. People like me definitely want to experience this once in a lifetime. I hope that someday I will.
My friends group is planning to go to Manali and spiti for a 3 day trip. Mid may. But I am confused about how to manage time to get most of the things in my pocket, so many memories. Will leave on Thursday night(by bus), will reach by morning in Manali and plan to take the bus back home on Sunday Eve or night. Delhi to Manali
I am planning to take my family for their first International Trip. Can you guys suggest some good places for vacation. It is a family of 4 people
Few months back only I visited Malaysia with my friends so don't want to repeat that with family and Sri lanka is good choice but I guess as older people I don't think they might feel it like an international destination as a typical people since it relates mostly with Indian culture. (I am not saying this in bad way just trying to figure out a good place to give my parents a good destination which makes them happy of visiting something international, this is going to be their first flight experience too - so trying to make it memorable)
Hey everyone,
Planning a honeymoon in Bali around the end of May for about a week. Still figuring out the itinerary and trying not to overpack it.
From what I’ve seen, people usually split time between Ubud + beach areas (Seminyak / Uluwatu / maybe Nusa Penida?), but would love some real suggestions on what actually works well for 6–7 days.
Also, looking for good resorts or Airbnb/villas that are actually worth the price—not super luxury, but something nice and memorable without going overboard.
Budget isn’t too high, but open to spending where it’s genuinely worth it.
Any suggestions on:
Would really appreciate honest recommendations 🙏
Aarya was asking to see the snow . This season she did get to experience the snowfall .
I thought let's take her to see the snow at least.
Since my wife and kid live in kullu and i work in Manali. It doesn't take us long to reach the snow point .I make sure that she gets to witness snow every year .

I have a private orchard in Himachal. Looking for 2-3 quiet souls who actually mean it when they say "I just want to disappear into nature for a while."
Not a resort. Not an Airbnb. Not a "vibe" trip.
Just a private fruit orchard — surrounded by hills, farms, a river, and the kind of silence that makes you realise how much noise you've been living with.
What it looks like here:
Morning tea while birds are being absolutely unhinged about it. Stars so clear you'll feel like you're being personally humbled. Light walks. A good book. Golden hour that no filter can fix. Nothing is happening, and that's the whole point.
What I'm looking for:
Someone (solo / couple / small group of 2-3) who genuinely needs to slow down — not perform slowing down for Instagram. Writers, readers, photographers, people between chapters of life, remote workers who want actual quiet — you get the idea.
Hard no's:
parties, alcohol/smoking inside the accomodation, loud music, "can we call some more friends?" energy.
If this is you, drop a comment or DM with:
-A short intro (who are you, what do you do)
-Why you want to come — actually why, not the pretty version
-Any previous travel/volunteering experience
Himachal has been overrun with noise for years now. This corner still isn't. Keeping it that way.
Serious people only. If your first question is "is there WiFi" you might not be the right fit 😄
One of my favorite destinations in India to relax, unwind and soak in the unique culture!
