Company changed the notice period policy from 3 to 2 months, but I’m already on a notice period way prior to this change with 1 month remaining. Please read below
They have sent me a voluntary acknowledgement where they are asking me to sign up for voluntary early release.
Can they legally fire me if I don’t sign up for this? How should I handle this situation? I have several leaves pending, should I apply leaves till my last working day?
