The Lexus tech took these pics on the lift after I dropped the car off - can anyone see visually what went wrong with the lowering springs install?

I am attaching pictures that were sent to me as well as ones I had before. For context both front shocks started to have major leaks with oil dripping absolutely everywhere after the installation of swift lowering springs - immediately. The car had 10,300kilometers/6400miles on the dash and is a 2024, drove only 20miles max with the springs on after the installation.

The garage who did the original work offered to buy new shocks and have them installed for me. Anything I can mention to them so it doesn't happen again?

Last question - am I able to drive this car safely at speeds of 50mph/80kmph? Would I damage anything major on my car or other suspension components if I did?
