
E7 Pro Error
Just unboxed and set up my E7 pro, when I plugged it in got an error code of E08, swapped the plugs and it turned to E07 error. Contacted support, but they said it would be 3 business days before I got a response, but the desk is stuck in the lowest setting.
How quick is support to get the replacements out if they’re are going to replace the motor? Also had a dent on one of the feet right out of the box, do they do anything for that?
Kind of annoyed that a brand new desk is going to have issues right out of the box.
