so im playing gta 3 on a windows 11 and my fps is alot and i think that the problem when i run down a slope the game counts it as fall damage and it kills me. any way to fix?

found this on my old screenshots on my pc, and i can see why i never deleted it

ive got this version of gta3 i got from fitgirl, but the problem is thats its not giving me the og vibe, the fog, the erie atmosphere, as u can see here the graphics are better, the car is shinier, do you guys have any idea if i should change sth in the files or try to get the oldest version possibel

what has any far cry taught you sth thats actually valuable that can be used irl

M19 here. Had to share this because it just officially ended today.

Backstory:

Me and A (F18) started as best friends, then caught feelings. After we lost feelings in Fall 2025, we actually managed to go back to being bffs again. But when I started e-dating (dont make fun of me) S (F19), I handled the friendship with A since she threatened ti tell S that we remained friends after we had feelings at some point and we stopped talking. She told me "don't add me back" and we went no contact for 3 months.

I broke up with S a month ago. I felt bad about how I treated A, so I reached out today to apologize for not thinking things through and told her I'd be open to being friends again cuz A was a 10/10 friend to have, but I’d respect her decision either way.

A was cold. She asked if I was only back because of the breakup with S. I told her no, I just missed the friendship we had.

A said “I knew something like this would happen. I’ve grown used to being without you and I’ve never been happier. So no, I don't want to be friends again.”

I just said: "Alright. Happy for you. Wish you the best."

i handled it pretty well since im not very attached to people but what are you guys thoughts?
