I was walking in their downtown, and walk by that Thai restaurant. Saw this on their window.
First, no prices on the menu behind the window. Then, they apply a 20% gratuity of you attempt to create your own menu. Wait, attempt is not a success. Just for asking if they can do something they charge the gratuity on the whole bill?
Ok, probably bad word usage. Also, it’s kitchen issue, not waiter more work.

I hat really triggers me is the automatic 20% gratuity is you ask for split checks. This is beyond ridiculous.

I simply walked by. If I was ever going to eat, I’ll be sure to check the law and see a way out of it. They probably miss a few things to truly enforce it.

First time seeing asking for split checks applies an automatic 20% gratuity.

Issue with Win update on SP3, what to do?

I did a fresh install a couple month ago of Win 11 by creating an ISO that has the requirement for secureboot removed and no bitlocker. Windows update was working fine, it was like a real normal Win 11.

The device is a Surface Pro 3, i5 with 8GB ram. Windows version: 25H2 (26200.7840).
It fails at installing the 2026.04 Preview update (KB5083631) (26200.8328).

While it propose now to Install it, there is an attention banner underneath saying:
Reinstall your current version of Windows to repair system files and components. And a button to Reinstall Now.

I did run a sfc /scannow, and the DISM commands. No issues found. But it still refuses to install the update.

Which such trick to get Win11, should I skip the update preview ?

I’m rewatching season 1. And I’m one of the first episode, Michael needs to stop at a gas station. Therefore getting regular gas.

Then, later on, KITT participate to a race for cars with alternate fuels. KITT runs with liquid hydrogen.

So, what fuel is KITT using?

I am having a big problem adding the Battlestar Galactica - The Resistance into Plex. I know it was a mini serie of multiple episodes. I have all of them in one file. I don't mind having a S01E01 only, I am simply trying to have it as The Resistance.

When added in its own folder, it merges to the regular show in S01E01. It doesn't recognize it. I have no issues with the other like Blood and Chrome, Razor, etc...

How did you add The Resistance to your plex ?

For example, the pilot, it had to be in a folder called "Battlestar Galactica (2003), and the files are named as is: BSG s01e01 MULTi [1080p x265].mkv

And Plex sees the pilot as "Battlestar Galactica".

For the show, it is displaying "Battlestar Galactica (2003)", but it's in a folder simply called "Battlestar Galactica" and files are like this: BSG s01e01 (2005) MULTi [1080p x265].mkv

I am lost as how to add the webisode The Resistance and being recognized.

EDIT:

I had to name it S00E02 for first episode. In folder Specials. Though, I kept it in its own folder. For whatever reason it didn't follow the TVDB special episode numbering.

Hi. I have a flight originally booked on Thursday morning CLT-DEN 08:05 departure. I wanted to change for the Wednesday at 4:17pm. Was like 10am that same day, so within 24h of departure.

From the website, when trying to change my flight (checkin not done), it was asking me if I wanted to change during checkin or not. I said no, and moved to change flight selection. For this flight, it was asking $96.

I tried from the app. And did it during checkin.

As I was able to scroll down the choices, the flight wasn’t proposed on the “Same Day Confirmation”. Then, I reach a “Free Standby Option” (still by scrolling down) where the fly was proposed, and finally other options where I could find my 4:17pm choice again. We can see in the screenshot the standby is class fare T, the other one is “W” (since it’s what I got, checked after my flight. I didnt think at expanded the flight details at the moment, but mostly sure it’s probably showing class W.

My original booking was a fare T.

I selected that one, and be presented with a $0 change, and afterwards had to pay $95.01.

I didn’t care, it’s a business trip and it’s paid expense. But I think we can clearly see a big in the app, but despite this, no same day free change, is it because the class fare had to change? Does it apply only to n available same class fare? Meaning no more T available, had to pay the difference for the W ?
