Is This email To Give Higher Permission To Cursor a Scam?
Hi,
I got this email asking me to give permission to GitHub cursor. I had to log into my GitHub account which makes me worried if this may be a scam.
Thanks,
Mechraymond

Hi, I’m working through low self-esteem, shame, anxiety, fear of vulnerability, and guilt that I think comes from being raised by very critical and bullying parents. I keep seeing CBT recommended online, but my cousin suggested deeper approaches like psychodynamic, psychoanalysis, or IFS for more deep emotional work. I’m feeling overwhelmed by all the options. What type of special help should I inquire more into for shame and childhood emotional wounds? Is it okay to combine approaches?

Tried to buy a Samsung S24 phone case at Guangzhou’s second-hand electronics market. Asked a few stalls, all said “no” immediately without even checking.
I look Chinese but speak English. Most other customers were African.
Do they really not carry S24 cases, or are they just refusing because I’m an English speaker? Anyone else had this experience at Dashatou? I'm pretty new to going to bargaining market.
My body heats up if I look at stairs. Sweat follows. Then the body scent. I already use Axe and other antiperspirants, but nothing cuts it.
I shower daily, I've cut onions and garlic, but my whole body runs hot—back and chest sweat too, not just pits.
What are the actual extreme measures? And extra procedures?
Looking for two separate apps:
Short-term memory games – like sequence repetition, matching pairs, or n-back. Clean and not full of fluff.
Visualization training – to practice mental imagery (holding/rotating images, recalling visual details).
Bonus if online website only that is fine too. Any solid recommendations? Thanks
I got this email few times already, it is asking me to verify the adp address.
I work weekends at my uncle's restaurant. I rely on a checklist notebook for every single request. Without it, I forget things in under a minute.
Other waiters don't need notebooks unless for ordering. I don't have ADHD last checked, but I struggle to stay present during rushes.
Any techniques to memorize orders better and be more focused? Looking for mental tricks, repetition systems, or ways to encode things. I will keep the notebook as backup, but want to build the skill.
Thanks.

Hey everyone,
I'm planning a one-day trip (leave in the morning, come back at night) from Guangzhou for my parents. The parents are 45+ and want to relax (already did hot springs, quiet, good food), but we also need something to do so it's not just sitting around all day. It is also holiday week China.
Hey everyone, hoping for some local recommendations. I’m planning a 2-day/1-night getaway (maybe 2 nights) and need a place that really balances two different needs.
The Crew: Me (looking to relax) + my teenage cousins (need to be entertained so they don’t get bored).
The Wishlist:
Hot Springs: A must-have for the adults. A good variety of pools is a big plus.
Teen Fun: They’re teens, so kiddie pools won’t cut it. Looking for water slides, a wave pool, or at least a large activity pool. Bonus points for non-water activities like arcade games, go-karts, or a game room.
Decent Food: On-site dining that’s actually good (or great local food nearby). Breakfast buffet quality matters.
Overnight Stay: Looking for a proper hotel/resort, not just a day-trip ticket.
Location: Max 1.5 hours from central Guangzhou. Conghua is the obvious answer, but open to other directions (maybe Qingyuan or Huadu?).
Vibe: Don’t mind if the hotel is a bit dated as long as the facilities are clean and the service is good.
