Who can I ask to help me find a grave if the cemetery won’t give me the location? (Florida)

My boyfriend passed away last year and was cremated. his mother had his remains cremated and buried. How can I find the location of his plot if it’s not listed. The cemetery won’t give the location to anyone that doesn’t have a maintenance i.d, I really want to visit his resting place and have not been able to.
