I have just resigned from a contractual lawyer (employee) position after 2 years of working at a Tribunal related to corporate law.

Besides, I have one year of litigation experience in a Tier 2 city.

I want to switch to a law firm, with good work culture, growth and good pay.

Even though I am applying a lot, I am having a tough time getting responses.

What's my best course of action?
