My 2nd day running progress

As I already did post my running progress yesterday I will post today too because I only run on Saturdays and Sundays. So today it was I will say a bit less stressful more relaxed and it was pretty nice today. I haven’t got any pain from running yesterday because I did exercise before the run yesterday, today I was in a rush and I hadn’t got a lot of time which limited me and my time for running so I couldn’t exercise.
But mainly now I feel less happy after running because I completed one of my wished goals which felt unbelievable I will keep training because I really want to go to the track next year which will be not that easy. And now I see why I couldn’t go to track because I just can’t run well. So emotions did hit on me today, but I see a big difference from yesterday’s run. I took some advice I saw on Reddit and I leaned back way more because yesterday I was leaning to the front which was my BIG mistake it slowed down me so bad and today I ran way easier then yesterday my breathing-improved, my running speed-improved which is big cheerful woo-hoo! So I ran 1,40 kilometres, my average pace was 7’43 and my elevation gain is only 5 m which I think is less than yesterdays.
I will keep on running I love this and I hope somebody can advice something!

Running progress

I’m so happy to announce I started running, I know it was hard but today it was my first run! So like before I posted here a post that I wanted to start running and today I started running season!
I am pretty surprised that I didn’t pass out because it wasn’t easy thing at all, but I did it I ran really well! I’m pretty sure I will be running way better when the whether gets better because today it was rainy and windy morning which is a lot to me as a newbie in this sport.
Overall I started pretty strong and solid, but as I ran more and more I started feeling more tired, I did some quick stops to chill out ‘cause my breath ain’t trained like y’all’s so it was pretty actually hard, the second circle was the weakest but I did actually ended running to circles at all, because I think that’s enough for today’s morning.
I did ran 1 kilometre as an active teen for start of running season, my average pace was 7’52 and I did it in 8 minutes and 2 seconds. Actually I really loved the run I will keep running but is there any things I can improve to just run less heavy and breath less heavy. Thanks for your support

I’m just starting but I’m pretty cool you know? I want to start running next week ( if I will be prepared and able to) but I just wanted to tell about my story as newbie and ask for some recommendations and advices.
So I am a teenager who is obsessed with a lot of sports, and lately I made myself a goal to start running this spring. And yes I’ve been practicing my running routine now a LOT, but I still don’t run just walk for preparation. And I also exercise regularly. I am still preparing drinking lots of water, eating gut healthy food and working out as much as I can take physically and mentally. I am not really tired of doing this and my muscles pretty much settled in this form before because in past I did go to Judo, Ballet which made me physically stronger.
About my warm ups before I hit that running is that now I take some time to prepare for running: planning the routs and ect. And I do exercise 3 times a week because of tight school schedule. And I am pretty sure I can start running this next week because it’s getting hot finally in my country!
So I just wanted to ask. What additional steps should I put in before I start running ( maybe this week ), what app I supposed to download which is free and works perfectly on iPhone, also how to carry my phone if I don’t have pockets, and where should I take my water?
Thanks for all your support and suggestions I’ll try to try them out!
