Used 3 bundles for this… does the volume look okay on me?

I used 3 bundles of body wave for this install. Is this pretty normal for 3 bundles or do y’all usually use more or less for this kind of look?

Which Magsafe products have you used that you really rely on? I mean the ones that are truly durable.

I’ve always thought Apple’s biggest recent innovation is Magsafe, but at the same time, a lot of MagSafe products feel a bit underwhelming. For example, a friend gave me a Magsafe power bank as a gift, which is convenient, I could just stick it on and it works, but it gets insanely hot, so I don’t use it anymore.

I plan to keep using iPhones for the long term (one phone usually lasts me five or six years; I just upgraded from a 12 to a 17 Pro), so I’ll have the Magsafe feature for quite a long time. I really want to make the most of it so I'm looking for Magsafe products that are truly durable. I’d love to hear your experiences!

FYI, here’s how I define “durable”: for consumable accessories like wallets, it should last over a year under normal use; for electronics, over two years. After all, these are just phone accessories, not home appliances like rice cookers, so I’m keeping my expectations reasonable.

Is the cost of making a sturdy iPad case really that high?

I got an $8 iPad case from Temu, and it keeps collapsing when I’m gaming! The stand can’t hold it at all, the whole iPad tips way back and smashes onto the table. That’s ridiculous! I’m just tapping fast, I’m not even that rough. Really proves the saying “you get what you pay for”… How much do I even have to spend to get a truly sturdy iPad case? Gaming on my lap and constantly looking down is killing my neck.

Is it really that expensive to make a sturdy iPad case? I don’t want to spend 80 or 100 bucks on one…

Wearing a CGM for two months on Oz

I'm a bit of a data nerd, so when my doctor let me switch from Ozempic to Mounjaro I decided to track everything with a Dexcom G7. Same diet, same exercise, just a one week washout then two months on each drug. On Ozempic 2mg, my fasting glucose sat around 110-120 every morning. Not terrible, but not great. My post-meal spikes would hit 180 sometimes. My time in range (that's 70-140 mg/dL) was only about 68%.

Then I switched to Mounjaro 10mg. Within the first week my fasting glucose dropped to around 90. By week three I was seeing mid-eighties consistently. Post-meal spikes maxed around 140. Time in range jumped to 89%.

My endocrinologist said some people are "GIP responders." The GIP part of Mounjaro helps with fasting glucose for a subset of patients. She said about 60-70% of her patients see this kind of improvement. The rest don't notice much difference between the two drugs. I'm curious if anyone else who's tried both noticed a difference in glucose control or just in weight loss? I keep wondering if I'm a weird outlier or if this is pretty common.

Not sure how to explain this, but Reta feels different than I expected

Been on retatrutide for a bit and the fatigue is kind of confusing. Some days I feel completely normal, but other days it’s like I’m running on empty for no clear reason. My sleep is fine, any form of caffeine barely touches it, and even simple stuff like getting through a workout or staying focused feels harder than it should. (It doesn’t help that I am diagnosed with ADHD as well) It’s not exactly sleepiness either, more like that low battery feeling that just sticks all day. Trying to figure out if this is something that settles over time or if people just adjust to it?
