We should make a big, general PSA about ALL settings that should be tweaked for pc gaming, no? See post

Talking about:

Disabling mouse acceleration

Enabling 144hz under windows

The gsync + vsync + capping max fps under monitors max refresh rate (the correct formula i dont recall rn)

Correct nvidia/amd driver settings

Correct in game settings

(Maybe) enabling a different power plan under windows

Etc. pp. You feel me on that one? If I wasn't online so much and didnt use reddit for as long as I did, I would know so little about all that

And that stuff gets asked about/ppl dont know about it so so much

Cheers 👍

Edit:

Also disabling xbox game bar n other computing hogging stuff like Cortana and what not

What do you think about how much the game puts you behind because an enemy teammate ganks successfully?

I am not here to complain, just wondering

if you think it is 100% balanced or could it use some tweakin?

Sometimes I feel like the game acts like the enemy just pulled off the play of the century, but it was just some jungle gank and nothing impressive about it? (And ganks like Talon's or Nunu's are real nasty)

I have to outplay real hard to have the same advantage over my enemy like they get by a simple gank

Would you tweak that? What would you change if so?

Ray reconstruction vs dlss 4.5 (preset L)

So uh what should i use? I vastly prefer preset L over K, looks so much more crisp in 4k,

RR overrides dlss 4.5 tho right?

Trynna play cyperpunk max settings in 4k, i just cranked everything up + path tracing + dlss quality + frame gen

Looking for best settings for 4k 144hz with my 5080

Cheers ✌️

(I dont think id even mind 30 fps, i just want fidelty)

Damn this card is lit | Preset k quality the way for 4k 144hz? | Some stupid yapping by me

I dont even need to visit a medieval festival or sum sort, i can just rev up the 4k 144hz witcher on max settings and enjoy

Currently running everything on preset k quality, is that good?

Enjoying it so much, honestly I am team green now, and if the 6080 or 7080 drops and looks good... dont mind if I do 👀

What do you think about your card and settings?

And what about the future? Dlss 5.0 got a huge backlash, well it looked like ai slop but I "can see the vision", they obviously wanna make games look as photorealistic as possible, maybe the shredded dried out people of generic ai is not it but the possibilities... there are ai videos out there that look real, if they can get it done, we truly have a next gen (I dont think we ever left current next gen after witcher 3 release, games dont look better than it imo)

Have a good one folks ✌️
