Studio keeps cancelling classes last minute - is this normal?

I recently joined a studio with the 8 a month plan - which required a three month commitment up front. In the three weeks I’ve been a member 4 of the 7 classes I signed up for were cancelled within less than 12 hours of the class occurring.

It’s the only location in my area and I don’t have the most flexible schedule for classes later in the day (all the classes that have been cancelled are early morning ones ). For my last class I can take in this billing cycle, I only have a few windows of available time — if they cancel one more class, is it fair to ask for it to transfer to the next months count?

And is this a normal practice???

I can’t tell if it’s dog tick or lone star with the crease from tweezers on it. Any help IDing is appreciated.
