Mid‑30s and still figuring out how to live alone

I’m in my mid‑30s and just now really settling into living alone. Some days it feels freeing, other days it feels heavy like I don’t know what to do with the quiet or how to make it feel like “home.”

I’m curious how others handle this stage of life???? Do you ever feel stuck between enjoying the independence and missing the noise of having people around? What helped you get comfortable with the routine and the feelings that come with it?

Why do the smallest daily decisions feel so exhausting?

I swear I can handle big stuff fine but when it comes to everyday choices like what to eat, what to watch or even replying to a simple text... I freeze up. It feels silly but it drains me more than the big things. Does anyone else deal with this and how do you make those tiny decisions easier???
