Is this an easy fix? Need advice

Noticed this strip on the bottom of my windshield is loose, looks like it was glued on and maybe the adhesive has worn out. Would love to fix it myself if it’s relatively easy to do.

Would love to know what this rubber strip is called that sits above where the cowl meets the windshield so I can look up parts to replace or repair it.

Anybody have a similar issue? Did you leave it or replace/repair it? Is it a case of gluing it back down with the appropriate adhesive?

Just trying to take real good care of my new-to-me 2011 Matrix!

Thanks!

2011 Toyota Matrix (Base) - 161,768km - $10k CAD

1.8L - 4 cylinder engine

Automatic transmission

Carfax has a long record of regular routine maintenance by one owner for over a decade. No accidents.

I test drove it today and it felt smooth and great! I love the storage space, the colour, and the Toyota reliability. It has been meticulously taken care of, and was likely stored in a garage as there's no visible rust in the wheel wells or rocker panels. Possibly been rust proofed too. It also comes safetied already.

The cost is maybe a bit high, and I wasn't able to get it any lower. The salesperson was super lovely though and it comes from a used car dealership with a good reputation and a ton of positive reviews.

I'm waiting for a pre-purchase inspection to be done, and so long as everything is looking good, I'll likely buy it. But any insights about it would be much appreciated! Did I find a real gem??

Edit: added that it's been safetied
