I saw a tweet that said “democrats should have a plan for how they're going to counter anti-incumbent backlash on price vibes once they're back in power, or the political yo-yo will just continue yo-ing”

So, I’m wondering how to manage this because I get the impression that people are gonna complain no matter what. I mean the economy was actually pretty good under Biden, as far as the economic data goes, so are we just gonna keep yo-yoing every few years because people will probably always complain about cost of living?

Is it sort of a lost art and something that isn’t even useful to practice or maintain the skill of?
