60 degrees outside, keeps crying. Can’t tell if it’s sick or just sleeping and having a dream. I don’t know much about raccoons! I was going to call wildlife but don’t know if I should because what if the mom shows up somehow :(

It keeps crying I think the mom abandoned it idk what to do should i call wildlife??
