Looking for Overall Life/Health Accountability
Hello! I’m 33/F, and I’m working on undoing years of bad habits and becoming healthier (physically, mentally, socially) overall.
So far, I’ve lost 19.4 pounds, and I’ve stopped eating out 6-7 days a week. Now I only eat out 1-2 meals per week. I am focusing on small habits like walking more, reading instead of doom scrolling and trying new things.
If anyone is interested in accountability like this, let me know!
