📝 Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs (skin-on or boneless)
2 cups rice
2 lemons (sliced + juice)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
3 cups chicken broth

\*\*Season the chicken\*\* with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan and \*\*sear the chicken\*\* until golden (about 4–5 min per side). Remove it.
In the same pan, add rice and stir for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, then place the chicken on top.
Add lemon slices, cover, and \*\*cook on low heat\*\* for 20–25 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
