Thinking of switching from Visible to Verizon postpaid… are there any hidden throttles I should know about?

So I’ve been on Visible+ Pro and recently found out the hard way that after a certain usage point (around 400GB+), speeds get consistently reduced for the rest of the billing cycle.

Not talking about normal congestion where it comes and goes… I mean a steady ~1–2 Mbps no matter the time of day. Support even confirmed it’s automatic based on usage and not due to any violation.

That kinda killed the whole “unlimited” vibe for me.

Now I’m considering switching to Verizon postpaid, but before I do… I want to ask:

👉 Are there any similar hidden thresholds on Verizon plans?

👉 Does premium data actually stay usable even at high usage?

👉 Or is it basically the same thing but just worded differently?

I don’t mind network management or deprioritization, but a consistent speed cap after a certain point is something I’d want to know upfront.

Would appreciate real world experiences, especially from heavy data users.

AT&T Unlimited Elite vs Premium 2.0 — worth upgrading or nah?

I’m currently on the AT&T Unlimited Elite plan paying about $75/mo after discounts, and I just noticed the new Premium 2.0 plan is $90/mo before taxes.

From what I can tell:

•	Premium 2.0 has 100GB hotspot (vs 40GB on Elite?)

•	Both have “unlimited premium data”

•	Premium mentions 4K streaming (not sure if Elite still has that?)

•	Same Latin America roaming perk?

I’m trying to figure out if switching is actually worth it or if it’s basically the same thing with a higher price tag.

Main things I’m wondering:

•	Is there any difference in network priority/QCI between Elite and Premium 2.0?

•	Would I actually notice faster speeds or less throttling?

•	What would I lose by leaving Elite?

•	What would I actually gain?

Or should I just stay where I’m at since I already have a decent price?

Anyone here made the switch and noticed a real difference?
