48-72 working HOURS
Lymow, 48-72 working hours is 6-9 working days. Meaning I will go 1+ weeks without a response to my email?
That’s completely unacceptable. I will likely be out of my return window by then…

I wish the website would include more detailed specs. It lists the “working area capacity” for the Pro 5000 at 5000m2 (1.24acres), but then the model only lists 1.2 acres. But then in the description it says it can cut up to 1.24acres/day.
My questions are (edited to show Dreame’s Customer Service answers below):
Is the 1.24acres number a “area per day” that it can mow? Or a software mapping limit? (Dreame customer service said it’s rated for 5,000m2 which is 1.24 acres, but you can have up to 2 maps. So you can map up to 10,000m2 or 2.48 acres) - would be good to confirm that.
If it truly can mow 1.24 acres/day, what is the software mapping cap? I have ~1.6acres of mowable yard and would like to understand if I can map all of that and do half one day and half the next. (See answer above)
Does anyone know the runtime on a single charge and how much area it can cover? What’s the charge time on that 5A charger? (Dreame customer service said that their numbers varied internally but he believes for the 5000 model the charge time is 120min, run time is 210min. On a single charge the 5000 can do up to 2000m2 or 0.49acres depending on the speed setting).
Thanks in advance!
My yard is about 3acres with just under 2acres mowable (~1.7-1.8 depending on the app I use to map it out).
My question - since the 1.5 acres is purely a software mapping limit, is there any way to “cheat” the limit? Delete and zone and then restore it? Add a large no go zone and then delete it?
Also, any word on Segway allowing you to “buy” more mapping space? Seems like a good product but 1.5 acres is such a weird limit to impose….
Why do I have 0.1m precision (which agreed, isn’t that great, but whatever) and my lawn mower thinks it’s 250 feet away from where it actually is??
Is there any way to recalibrate location? It’s almost as if it never registered that I drove it back to charge.
