Long story short, my pharmacy ran out of concerta, so i suggested going to the teva brand, when to get another script, and the doctor has now stopped it all together, now im back on rubifen, 3 times a day, and not tolerating it very well, i've tried talking to A&D helpline, manalive, and also cads, they told me the not qualified to talk about stopping mediction. Im really confused now on who else to talk too about medication changes

I sometimes pray the rosary, even when im in a good state, good always prevails of evil, and its important to believe in something rather than nothing, surely there must be a higher power greater than ourselves, we unfortunately hear voices, sometimes i think were mediums between the two worlds.

Ive also try do the body scan meditation, it takes patience, and consistency, grounding myself and diaphragm breathing.

So what im asking, has meditation helped your voices? I know its not for everybody. Any thoughts?

My doctor has decided to slowly take me off medication, i have little say in this decision, and im but worried about coming off them completely, as I've been taking these for years, and now I'm getting lethargic real easy, and tire easily, as ive gotten older the medication has been getting less effective ( this could be due to tolerance. ) im just worried I'll end up self medicating with energy drinks to stay awake, my brother thinks I don't have adhdl, and I have had addiction issues in the past, something I don't want to go back too if my medication is cut completely, has anyone successively stopped adhd medication, and able to function 'normally' ?
