Does anyone have any experience with ADHD simple?

Hi all,

I’m seeking an assessment for ADHD as an adult, and it can be daunting. The pricing is high (generally $1500-2500 from what I’ve seen) and the waitlists tend to be months long. I’ve looked through the website for ‘ADHD simple’ and they apparently have fast appointments available, and the pricing is much more affordable than most.

I was wondering if anyone had gone through them and could give me an account of their experience? Otherwise, if you have any recommendations for other avenues that offer payment plans and relatively short wait times. Thanks in advance :)

Long story short, my pharmacy ran out of concerta, so i suggested going to the teva brand, when to get another script, and the doctor has now stopped it all together, now im back on rubifen, 3 times a day, and not tolerating it very well, i've tried talking to A&D helpline, manalive, and also cads, they told me the not qualified to talk about stopping mediction. Im really confused now on who else to talk too about medication changes

Just got my adult diagnosis done last week and prescribed Vyvanse to trial dosages and reactions. Had an awesome first day on 30mg. Took it at 6am but really struggled to sleep last night. Only 3 hours when I'm used to getting 7. I took todays dose at 4am as that's when I woke up to try and come off it earlier tonight. I have no other side effects, and found it to be very helpful otherwise.

Is the insomnia just a teething period side effect or is it more permanent?

Everyone will react differently so keen to hear other people's experiences.

Cheers in advance for replies.

P.S. I take magnesium glycinate before bed and it normally works for me. I am also a tradesman and go to the gym regularly so I'm not sure even more exercise is the answer.
