Ok, I feel like I am losing my mind.

After ages trying to find a rack and bag that might fit my Claud Butler Wrath 2, I finally got one from Halfords.

Ignoring a size issue with the bag, how the heck are you meant to fit the bag into the rack and have the seat in the right position?

I have wasted so much time on this now and just can't work out a solution. Any help would be amazing.

Or recommendation for a rack that will fit. I couldn't find anything that seemed to offer the ability to have panniers rather than a top bag, unless I am being particularly dense....
