Advice for ad networks

I know the title is general but there are a few general questions that I have and I was hoping someone could help me, and I hope that the adops reddit is the place to ask these kinds of questions.
I have created a webcomic platform that allows authors to upload their webcomics. It can be found at https://inkstra.ink/ if anybody wants to check it out.
I've gotten 5 rejections by Adsense for low-value content and I keep making so many updates to the site to try to fix this. I recently added an articles section this most recent pass that hasn't been too fleshed out quite yet and honestly was more of an afterthought I added because I feel like it takes away from the core of my website's experience, it was purely a compliance addition.

These are my questions:

  1. Are platforms that are mostly composed of UGC just doomed to never get accepted?
  2. Are there things that really stick out as being something 'bad' that would scream low value content? I do know that some series pages will have rather small and thin descriptions, but I also don't want to tell authors what to publish or have them draft a book for their series description. All of this would just act to take away from the site.
  3. Are there other platforms other than Adsterra/Exoclick that may be worth applying for at this stage? I added exoclick but they kept showing adult ads even though I disabled. I currently have some niche network called 'ComicAds' in place to replace the exoclick ones but since it's very niche, it wouldn't even cover infrastructure.

Additional notes:
The site is newish, it was finally launched back in February of this year.
Google analytics has this on the dashboard for the past month: 6.2k active users, 16k views, 7.3k sessions, 50k event count. Not the most but not the least, again it's rather new.

I launched a new webcomic platform named Inkstra back in February and I've been looking for feedback from the public outside of my small group of curated creators/readers to see if there's anything missing in my blindspots. It should work well on mobile and desktop. I don't think I can post links in here, but searching inkstra should lead you there. :)

I'll be updating the site based off of the feedback, so if anything at all seems off I want to hear it! Thanks everyone. I can gift membership to people on there too for giving me feedback if anybody is interested.

Hello everybody!

I've created a brand new self-publishing webcomic platform that's been live since February that's called Inkstra, and it can be found at inkstra.ink and I wanted to raise awareness for people that would like to try out posting or reading on alt platforms.

A few things about Inkstra:

For readers:

  1. Unlimited free reading experience (2 hour wait on new chapters unless you have a subscription)

  2. In my opinion, the UI/UX makes for a great reading experience that rivals the major publishers. Content loads very fast and the site is navigable on mobile and desktop.

  3. Platform subscription removes ads, removes 2 hour delay, gives a lot of web customization capabilities, create custom lists, and more.

  4. Platform subscriptions are given out for free very often through platform minigames, when bugs are reported, when feedback leads to developmental changes.

For creators:

  1. Fast and simple to use publishing system. There are guides available that show how to publish if needed, but it's rather straightforward.

  2. Discovery rails make it easy for readers to discover your work.

  3. Your voice matters, I've made many changes over the past few months to make the site better based off of feedback from creators (also readers). I make myself very available on discord for these discussions.

  4. You maintain rights, just grant us a license to host your work.

  5. Smooth pathway to monetization, with great terms once reached, more can be seen on the site.

  6. Milestones and random events will lead to your series being promoted and shared to readers on the site as they navigate the site.

  7. AI comics are banned, and if credibly noticed/reported are removed.
