Seller says it's a GIO GRG40 but one of the images are from a reverb official post citing the actual name (GRX40) away from that... Is it fake?

Do you recommend updating to One UI 8.5 day one?
I always read about battery issues when a new update comes out.
I'm a little excited about the new features and the HUD upgrades, but I'm not sure about updating because of the said problem.
