It's more noticeable in real life, but the top of my piercing there is something red there. I remember there used to be a bump but there isn't anymore (after i changed my original piercing to the one in the picture because i read that too big of a piercing decoration can irritate it) but there it's still red. it doesnt hurt anymore and ive had it for about 6 months. Also the third picture is how it looked like when i first got it and i noticed that the skin is way smaller than before.

I bought this for $140 on depop and it seemed legit to me. i'm just not too sure since the gems looks like plastic and really fake. the rest looks real, though.
