Grow or cut?

Shall I cut my hair? i had layers cut and now it's kinda grown out, I'm unsure whether to grow it out and make it all the same length or keep it cut as a wolfcut cause I don't wanna lose my swag. Or I can even take some tips for styling it.

Is the Lumix TZ99 good for low light conditions?

is the tz99 good for low light conditions? i know because it has 30x zoom meaning it has to have a smaller sensor.

is there a camera that you would recommend that has at least 15x zoom and still keeps the specs of the tz99

Lines on pictures

why is there lines in my photos? specifically more in low light. would it be a problem or is it fine?
