I cant decide so help is appreciated

I’m in Class 10 and trying to decide between PCM + Economics and Commerce + Maths.

I got good marks (94 in math), and most people around me are choosing science, so I’m feeling conflicted.

I’m more interested in economics, current affairs, geopolitics, and how countries/economies work than engineering or medicine. I enjoy math, but I don’t really enjoy chemistry.

I’m trying to figure out which option makes more sense long-term if I’m interested in economics-related fields.

My questions:

- Does Commerce + Maths limit opportunities later?

- Is PCM + Economics actually useful for economics degrees/careers, or is it overkill?

- Is taking science just to “keep options open” worth the workload?

Would really appreciate honest advice from people who’ve taken either route.

Ps. This is my first. Haven't sketched anything, and was intrigued by one idea. Please don't go harsh on me. Feedback is much appreciated.

If you can, please rate it out of 10.
