EDITING BITRATE BEFORE EXPORTING
Hi Kind People, anyone knows how can I properly adjust bitrate when I export a video in 4k 30fps to be exported 1080p for Social Media upload?
Can someone help me learn how to adjust BITRATE in final cut pro?

Hi, Kind People of Reddit!
I use the 1:1 aspect ratio (for posting flexibility) to film in 4k fps D-log (I like playing around color grade, but not too heavy), I edit using Final Cut Pro in a 1080p timeline and export in 1080p vertical 9:16 (1080x1920) for Tiktok (Upload best quality media upload is even TURNED ON). I use the following:
Format: Computer
Video codec: H.264 Multi-pass (Better)
as I have researched that this works best for Tiktok upload to keep my videos sharp. However, my brother who sees my post on Tiktok said that my published video is grainy and distorted.
I also tried exporting on HEVC hoping it improves, but nothing happened.
I see other creators' post using osmo action 6 in landscape very clean and sharp/hd-looking, I am wondering what's wrong with what I am doing. Please help me.
PS: I saw a post that says the 1:1 sensor is crop so might be affecting my output if published in 1080x1920 frame? but I am thinking isn't 4k enough to compensate for the crop if ever?
