I recently posted this viral burger on my sm and it caused quite a stir, so I figured I’d share it with you guys too 🍔

Ingredients (Makes 4)

Burger Buns:
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 100 ml warm milk
- 50 ml warm water
- 35 g melted butter
- 5 g dry yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- sesame seeds for topping

Filling:
- 400 g ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pickle (sliced)
- 8 slices processed cheese
- 1/2 tomato (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)

Sauce:
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 pickle (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the warm milk, warm water, and egg, then start kneading the dough while gradually adding the melted butter. Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 patties (about 100 g each). Season with salt and pepper, then cook them in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 6–10 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and finely chopped pickle. Set aside for a few minutes so the flavors can combine.

  4. Divide the risen dough into 4 pieces and roll each one into a round circle. Place a beef patty in the center, then add cheese slices, tomato, onion, pickle, and a little sauce. Carefully seal the edges to form stuffed burger buns.

  5. Place the buns seam-side down on a baking tray. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
