VR & E and community college?

Hello, I am set to use my GI Bill for my first semester of college but was wondering recently if I should switch to VR & E for the remainder of my time in CC? I’m using it now because my school is in another state and I just need the quickest jump off point because well to be brutally honest, I have nothing going for me at the moment and need to get out of my home state as quick as possible. I was wondering if switching over to VR & E next semester was a viable (and better) option? Also any examples of your use of the two programs (and maybe insight on Yellow Ribbon) would help tremendously. Thank you.

Anime’s set in real world with character drama?

So I am in the middle of watching Hajjme No Ippo was a little dissatisfied with the character development. I’m looking for love, loss, and deep characters I can connect with. No ghosts and all that just looking for something I can connect to. My favorite of this category so far would have to be Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad

It’s coming this August and I’m so not ready. I couldn’t get into university because I was too focused on smoking weed and getting in trouble soon (hence why I am veteran LOL). Just so nervous about adjusting to a school environment again. I’ve been out of the military for three years and just working the kitchen. I am mainly getting my degree because I just want to prove I can do it for my younger self. Hoping to make myself proud. Just any and all advice would be wonderful from people who have had the same experiences. Thank you, guys and gals!

EDIT: Just going for my AA as of now, I would like to major in history! Would it also be worth getting my AS?
