Board revision AGB-CPU-04 40pin board GBA power interruption when powered on green led comes on for a second then powers down. GBA screen does not power on It did this unmodded and prior too any repairs I’ve done so far. I replaced all the capacitors I bridged f1 fuse I replaced the power inductor 101 I checked resistance on r13 and it reads a 150ohms I cleaned the board with 99%ipa no visible corrosion I removed the ground shield and cleaned the contacts on the power switch and retinned them and check power path with multi meter

What I did find T1 pins 1&3 do not bridge possible short???

After all my repairs it still does the exact same thing. What should I try? I have a multimeter and a power bench supply has anyone else ran into this and maybe something wrong with T1?

The GBA turns off the minute I switch it on I see the green light come on and then it goes off. I took it apart and checked the f1 fuse it tested fine I still went about replacing f1 fuse and I cleaned the power switch and board with 99%ipa the board itself prior too looks really clean and corrosion free and it has new battery’s in. I feel like it has something to do with the blue capacitor I’ve modded other GBAs and do not recall seeing that kind of big blue capacitor? What should I try or do next? The console itself did not seem to be tampered with before.
