Which classes are the most urban?
The ranger, druid, and barbarian seem like the most rural of the classes.
But which ones are associated with the big city?
Fighter levels in a fighter/mage/thief are more impactful than they can seem.
Like, you gain a fighter level as a fighter/mage/thief, you get like 4 hp and 1 point of thac0. It feels like it's not really making a big difference.
But then you move over to a mage/thief character and the difference the fighter levels are making immediately becomes pretty apparent. Fighter/Mage/Thief is a sharpshooter and mage/thief can't hit the broad side of a barn.

It's neat how much travel is required to get to the Cloakwood Mine.
Like, you first deal with the problems of the Nashkel Mine. And it's this mine that's just like right out of town. Presumably the entire Nashkel Economy is built around this thing.
Later you find out that while the Nashkel mine has been spitting out tainted ore, there's another super secret mine that's been supplying good ore to those who know where to ask.
Unlike the Nashkel mines, this one's like 64 hour trek through the woods.
Which is like, of course it is. It's a secret mine. It's gotta be like impossible to keep a mining operation of that scale secret. There's no way people wouldn't notice what was going on if it was anywhere near anything.
I mean, heck even as is people notice. Just about every druid you meet in those woods has something to say about the mine, but nobody talks to druids so that's fine.
I'm looking at the charts.
At the BG1 experience cap, a triple class mage will have 3 mage spell levels, where a single class mage would have 5. So, that's a pretty big difference.
At the SoD experience cap, the triple class mage will have access to 5 spell levels, where a single class will also have access to 5 spell levels. So by the end of this campaign, you're basically a full power mage, with two other classes' full kits in addition to that.
At the Throne of Bhaal experience cap, you have access to a whopping 8 spell levels. Where of course a single class would have 9 and their HLA's
I'd always thought they capped out like bards do at spell level 6. 8 Arcane spell levels is still like a whole lot of arcane magic.
Orson Scott Card will be filming a movie with all of Orson Welles' favorite coworkers. He will be fully immersed in 1940's hollywood culture and how well he can fit in will effect how well he can work with everybody.
Orson Welles on the other hand will have to write a good, clean, Mormon science fiction novel.
They will not be able to swap back until both the movie and the novel are complete.
Who excels more in their new calling?
