Artists! Please join us at Curitiba Art Cafe tomorrow from 6pm-9pm for our art social! There will be time to drink and chat with other artists, and we'll get to ask some questions to local professionals.

Join us on May 6th for an Art Social! There will be a panel of professionals talking about how we grow as artists, professionally and personally.

This will be the LAST Art Social to feature a panel. We are happy to announce that a separation of the two will be starting the next quarter.

There will be Art Socials four times a year where you can just enjoy a space to meet with other artists in the area, there will be a separate event twice a year to listen to professionals speak on a topic, and twice a year where we will hold workshops to learn Hands-On experience from these professionals!

Come say hi, meet some people, and enjoy the panel!

Sophia Street Studio, located at 1104 Sophia Street in Fredericksburg, is a working pottery studio, fine craft gallery, and one-of-a-kind gift destination in the heart of the city. The space offers an ever-changing collection of handcrafted pottery, paintings, stained glass, jewelry, metal art, and unique gifts for every OCcasion.

Owned and operated by potter Trista Chapman, Sophia Street Studio has been a creative fixture on Sophia Street since the 1980s. In addition to showcasing her own pottery, Trista curates a thoughtful selection of fine handcrafts including jewelry, clothing, and home décor. Sophia Street Studio is the Fredericksburg Arts Commission's Spotlight Gallery for May and participates in #fxbgfirstfriday, showcasing new artwork and local talent each month.
