Coolant dripping from bell housing drain

Coolant dripping from bell housing drain

so here’s a fun one for y’all. Had low coolant the other day. topped it off. Now I come back (it’s been 3 days) and the coolant looks low again and a decent size puddle lives on my driveway now. Drag myself under the car and find it dripping from this drain port on the bell housing. I can’t see anywhere else the coolant may be coming from and I can’t find anywhere where coolant may be getting in. I’ve checked the whole perimeter of the mating surface between the engine and trans, paying special attention to the water block just above the bell housing. Nothing, not a drop. Does anyone have any clue where this may be coming from? For reference I replaced the head and almost all gaskets related to that along with fresh coolant in December. I didn’t replace the gasket on the water block because it looked in good shape and I haven’t had any issues with it.

Wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this. Also curious if there are even any coolant likes in the bell housing area. Much thanks.

Powered sub sounds like garbage

Hello! I have a 2016 Ford Focus ST3 with the factory Sony system and subwoofer, and the sub just wasn cutting it for me. I ordered a Rockford Fosgate P300-8p on eBay as a new/scratch-and-dent model. I wired it up directly to the high-level wires going to the factory subwoofer. The factory sub is a 2 channel 2 ohm unit. Rockford’s manual says that when connecting high-level to the vehicle it should be left and right speakers. I figured that is what is in the subwoofer. So I connected a pair of wires that went to one side of the sub to the left channel and the other set to the right channel, + to + and - to -. Hooked it up to battery power and this is what I got. A few questions for y’all:

  1. Does it sound like the speaker itself may be blown or just like the signal the speaker is getting is funky?
  2. Could this be caused by the wires hooked to the OEM sub being different than a standard speaker?
  3. Could this be caused by having a powered sub connected to an amplified signal?
  4. Could it be that I crossed a wire somewhere?
  5. Is it possible it is a bad ground?
  6. Is it just me or does that sound like a poorly running 2-stroke?

I very much appreciate any help I receive. If you have any followup questions that may help I will do my best to answer promptly. At the very least I can unhook the subwoofer and it will sound about the same as before I started.

edit: sorry for the compression but at least the audio comes across lol
