A revolution needs to happen before AI surveillance makes it almost impossible

The ruling class no longer even pretends to care about our wellbeing because they don’t think anyone will actually be able to organize and force a meaningful change of direction before they assume total control

They talk about creating new currencies, they build bunkers, they install AI tracking software and use flock cameras to monitor everyone’s movement etc…

The AI surveillance tech in the pipeline makes the CCP internet firewall and monitoring look like child’s play. We will never be able organize ourselves to fight back against the seemingly purposeful erosion of our quality of life if an AI surveillance model can instantly figure out if a person is even beginning to THINK about specific retaliatory actions (protests, strikes, riots etc…) by analyzing all of their online communications and browsing behaviour, and then cutting them off from communication, or in the farther future use robots/drones to detain them. The sudden push for digital IDs and the end of internet anonymity to “protect children” isn’t a coincidence

Sam Altman himself is personally invested in multiple companies that would basically become the entire economy once AI inevitably destroys the social contract. It sounds conspiratorial but interview after interview with these tech billionaires make it clear that is the goal: to completely reshape society and build a future under their control

Their miscalculation is the rate at which they or destroying things is currently a lot faster than the implementation of the AI surveillance tech. This technology is exponential though and there will be a time where it will become near impossible for the working class to properly organize

I only hope the pushback is great enough to enact meaningful change before that happens

Power Generator weapon mod + Prominence completely breaks the game

I’m digging the game but I’ve noticed it becomes trivially easy if you just start a couple of biomes before the one you’re currently on. Specifically if you just make sure to always pick up weapons with the Power Generator mod (especially the crossbow) and use Prominence you can straight up just spam Prominence almost more than your main weapon

If your Prominence also has the vortex and homing missile mods you barely even have to aim. It almost feels like the game forces you back to the Passage after certain bosses cause you could potentially just beat it in one go with a broken build

I went from dying to Legion twice in a row, but then just started at the beginning and got a Power Generator build and legitimately killed him in under 30 seconds

I’m all for the possibility of exploiting some cracked builds but this just seems ridiculous. Like you straight up cannot lose with certain combinations

Seems every side path is just a small room, whereas Returnal had multi room side-paths with dead ends

Functionally it’s the same I guess but the slight Metroidvania feeling I got from Returnal isn’t as present so far which is a bit of a bummer

Is that just for the first biome to ease you in or is it a deliberate gameplay decision by the devs to streamline the experience?

If you want to enjoy smoking weed but dislike the munchies, I’ve found baby carrots reduce my munchies more than any food for its weight by far

It’s like a magic combination of taste and fibre that makes me no longer feel the need to snack. I often start to feel less hungry after only 5-10 of them

To be clear. I don’t particularly love baby carrots, but if you REALLY don’t want to feel the massive urge to gorge yourself it might be worth a try to snack on them

It can feel like having to take medicine, but to me it’s worth it to continue to enjoy the aspects of a high without the guilt of wanting to break every diet known to man

For those who are health and weight conscious and dislike the munchies, I’ve found baby carrots reduce my munchies more than any food for its weight and it’s also super low calorie. I start to feel full after like 6-10 of them

Up until Saros, Returnal had by far the best 3D Headphone implementation to the point that other games almost felt underwhelming in comparison

Sony is known to have devs consult each other on what they do best and man does the audio implementation hit here

Not sure what Housemarque is doing that other PS5 devs aren’t but hats off to the audio team this game sounds absolutely INSANE with good headphones
