Hey everyone, quick question about Instagram video formats.

Is it okay to post 16:9 videos on IG, or does that hurt reach compared to 9:16? I know vertical is preferred for reels, but I’m wondering if horizontal content still performs decently or if the algorithm basically pushes it down.
