Why are there so many ethnic banks for Korean and Chinese Americans, but not for other Asian American groups?

The female character "Liu Ruyan" appears in many stories, manhuas and audiobooks as a greedy/vicious/negative person. So I just wonder whether there is a background story behind it. Was there a female person with that name and did she somehow upset a famous author? Or why is there a trend to call female characters "Liu Ruyan"?
Rivers somehow got their gender assigned to them like die Donau, der Main, die Elbe. So what is the rule here ?
And is that growth sustainable for a developed country?
To be fair, India's growth figures are also amazing.
I mean, Bali and Phuket are famous for their beautiful beaches and unique cultures. However, the promoted image of Phu Quoc just looks like a copycat of a European resort town. It looks nice, but isn't unique or special.
There are some Americans or Russians who work as street vendors in cities like TPHCM, Nha Trang or Phan Thiet. Do local people view them as competitors? Or do they welcome them?
