After getting basically any source of hydration (whether through food or directly through water), i start feeling very dizzy, I have a headache at the front of my forehead and face, and my lips become dry. Does anyone experience the same? I had an electrolyte blood test and there were no issues.

I don't drink alcohol nor coffee, I don't do any drugs or anything.

Is anyone having the same issue? Wifi connectivity is getting progressively worse and worse every day and I'm worried I soon won't be able to connect at all. Webpages, youtube, various apps, they're all struggling. What should I do?
